Digital Issuance is one way we are incorporating digital channels to make managing your finances easier. Whether you’ve applied for our Visa® Platinum Credit Card, requested a Visa® Debit Card, or you recently lost your card; you now have access to upload your card to the mobile wallet on your smart device within a few hours of your request being processed. This enables purchases wherever digital wallet payments are accepted.
Will I still get a physical card?
Yes. Within seven to ten business days, you’ll receive your actual card. Digital Issuance provides an efficient and secure way to shorten your wait time and provide you with quicker access to funds by using a card token and your mobile wallet.
How do I take advantage of this option?
It’s super easy! Log in to the Service 1st mobile app using your smart device. If your card is available to upload to a mobile wallet, you will see “add to wallet.” Based on your device, the system will automatically upload your card to GPay® or Apple Wallet®.
