  1. Call our Contact Center to speak to Scout at 800.562.6049. Listen to Scout as he will go over the tips below with you and then follow the prompts. Press or say 1 to report your debit card lost or stolen, press or say 2 to report your credit card lost or stolen and press or say 3 to speak to a Contact Center Agent.
  2. Put a block on your cards through Service 1st Digital Banking.
    Example – Go to your checking account. Select card services. Here you will be able to toggle the card off and on.
  3. Think your device may have been affected? Stop there. Avoid using compromised devices until they are checked by an IT professional. 
  4. Change your Service 1st Digital Banking credentials and enable account alerts.
  5. Place a freeze on your credit with the three credit bureaus.
