(Danville, PA) - Service 1st Federal Credit Union recently kicked off their Magic of the Season initiative for 2025 at the Ronald McDonald House in Danville. This kick-off begins a special season of giving for the credit union, one where they will be donating over $270,000 to more than 55 organizations throughout their market.

“We’re excited to kick off this season at the Ronald McDonald House in Danville,” said Michael Thomas, President/CEO of Service 1st. “This year marks our 50th anniversary, and our members played a big part in making it exceptional. They helped select the charities receiving donations, and their support has been tremendous. Being here today to celebrate this gift and the impact it will have on Michael, Molly, and the entire Ronald McDonald House community is truly meaningful.”

Beginning on December 10 through year-end, Service 1st will be surprising charities throughout our area with donations. Service 1st encourages everyone to check back in the new year to see the charities honored.
