(Danville, PA) – Service 1st Federal Credit Union has been recognized as a recipient of the 2025 Best of the Best Award, presented by MemberXP™, a leading customer experience program. This notable accolade celebrates credit unions committed to delivering exceptional service and member experiences.

Service 1st was awarded with The Best Overall Member Experience Award, one of the highest honors presented by MemberXP™. The credit union had the highest combined score in the categories of Transaction, Consumer Loan and New Member Experiences.

MemberXP™ Verified Rankings are determined using feedback from two universal customer experience metrics. Once the rankings have been established, Best of the Best awards are presented to the top 25% of performers in several categories.

Not only did Service 1st reach the top 25% of performers for several experiences, but the credit union also earned the top ranking for Best New Member Experience, Best Mobile App Experience, Best Online Banking Experience and Most Reliable Staff.
