shred and e-cycle dates scheduled for May 9 & 10
4/10/2025Service 1st Federal Credit Union will be hosting their first Shred Day of the year on Friday, May 9 and teaming up with Danville Rotary to host an E-Cycle Day on Saturday, May 10.
SHRED --- On Friday, May 9 from 10:00 am – 1:00 pm, bring your old, sensitive documents to our Corporate Center, located at 1985 Montour Blvd., in Danville to have them properly disposed of for FREE by North Central Sight Services, Inc. Don’t just throw away old documents containing your personal information. Shredding can protect you and your family from identity theft and keep your accounts safe.
There is a 2 box/bag limit per member. Residential paper shredding only. If you cannot make this date, we’ll be hosting shred days in the future:
- July 11 at our Lewisburg Office
- September 12 at our Sunbury Office
E-CYCLE --- Then, on Saturday, May 10 also located at our Corporate Center in Danville, join us and the Danville Rotary Club to e-cycle!
From 10:00 am until noon, stop by the parking lot at our Corporate Center to recycle unwanted electronics, safely and securely.
Items accepted include: Computers, Laptops, Smartphones, Tablets, Servers, Routers, Firewalls, Printers, CD Players, Phone Radios, Computer Monitors and more. Flat screen TVs will also be accepted for a $20 fee. They cannot accept: TVs (CRT/Box), Washers, Dryers, Microwaves, Household Appliances, or Refrigerant-containing Appliances such as Air Conditioners. Click here to view a full list.
