(Danville, PA) -- Three Service 1st Federal Credit Union employees recently completed the Enhanced Financial Counseling Certification Program (FiCEP) through the CrossState Credit Union Foundation.  

As part of Women's History Month and in celebration of our 50th Anniversary, Service 1st has put together a four-part series focused on our history. Part one focuses on the perspective of founding member and director emeritus, Barbara Criswell. This incredible volunteer not only helped found Geisinger Employees Federal Credit Union, now known as Service 1st, but she has dedicated over 40 years as a volunteer helping to make it the credit union it is today.  

Chris Court, Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer recently attended and graduated from the 2022 Canada Development Educator (CanadaDE) program along with 42 other participants representing 10 countries from 35 credit unions, leagues, centrals and co-op organizations.
