At Service 1st Federal Credit Union, keeping your account information safe and secure is a top priority.

Unfortunately, evil doers will stop at nothing to try to trick you into providing them information that will help them gain access to your account information. By continuing to stay alert, we can take a team approach and work together to stop them in their tracks.

It is extremely important to know that Service 1st WILL NOT reach out to you and ask for your account information (member number, PIN, etc.).

stay alert. If you receive a call, text or email asking you to share your information, please, DO NOT RESPOND. Instead, call our Contact Center using the number below, send us an email via secure messenger from your Service 1st digital banking account, or stop in at any of our offices. Do not respond by entering information they request during the call, from the text or by clicking on any links or responding to emails.

think you shared too much? If you think you shared information with an evil doer related to your Service 1st debit or credit card, you can log in to digital banking and use your card controls to temporarily disable card access and then report this to us.

If you think you may be a victim of identity theft, don't hesitate to:

  • connect with our Contact Center by calling 800.562.6049
  • chat with a member of our team by selecting the Let’s Talk! icon on service1.org
  • send a secure message to us via digital banking, or
  • simply stop in your favorite Service 1st office

Keep in mind, if you are calling our Contact Center or chatting with us, you’re chatting with a local Service 1st team member.

stay updated. Watch for alerts from Service 1st and from other trusted resources like the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
