1/30/2025(Danville, PA) - On Thursday, January 30, Service 1st Federal Credit Union completed installation of its Interactive Teller Machine (ITM) in the Corporate Center’s drive-up, located at 1985 Montour Boulevard, Danville.
Members may now use the ITM; however, the video assist feature will not be available until next week. All other services through the machine are available.
An ITM is an innovative banking terminal that merges the convenience of ATMs with the personalized service you're accustomed to from the Service 1st tellers. It provides both self-service options and real-time access to a live banking professional via video, delivering a seamless blend of technology and human interaction.
Service 1st first introduced ITMs in the lobby at our Corporate Center and in the lobby and drive-up at our Muncy office. ITMs can perform: cash withdrawals, cash/check deposits, account transfers, loan payments, balance inquiries and more.
